Implementation follow up
It's the phase which regards the management of team and activities project:
- Relations with IT developers
- Identification of integration and development activities
- Tender management in respect of fixed modalities
- Team project management
In other words to assist and manage, in association with IT, Organization, Marketing area, the fulfillment of identified IT system and the implementation in respect of agreed timing and budget.
After screening and buying the technologies and services, the task consists in to plan, share and follow up in association with IT area and selected suppliers, an implementation plan and a modular and structured "roll-out" (contact centre, web interaction, etc...) of designed IT system, in respect of planned budget and times of project.
- To generate a rapid and modular implementation plan (RAD), covering all foreseen elements in the first phase and all shared technologies
- To choose the suppliers and to fix the drivers service cost in a clear modality
- To implement and go-live of IT solutions
The target is to guarantee costs, times and functionality in identified implementation, in harmony with the shared expectations.
